Description
One of the main attributes that has spurred on our success is our “can do” attitude. That combined with the belief that no matter what job or task we take on, we must “make it happen!” This has become the core principal behind everything that we do.
As an Australian family owned and operated business ourselves, we have tried to get an understanding as to what makes a good business great. In order to do this we have looked at our own suppliers and have tried to understand what makes us buy from them.
There are always three main factors that come up - Price, Availability & Service. We soon realised that the the first two factors become irrelevant because there is so much competition for the same products in the market place. Which in turn has always lead us to buying from the supplier with the best service. It is what makes the difference and what sets them apart from the rest.
With this in mind we understand that going that extra mile to make our customers happy is what makes them a long term client, rather than a once off sale. Which perhaps again is one of the main reasons as to why so many of our customers have become so loyal and consistantly return to us time and time again.
Another key factor which has certainly contributed to our growth, is that we are able to deal with a vast array of different business’ and deal with them on their level. Right from the top with some of the largest most well known corporate brands in the world, all the way through to the smallest family run local business. All of which we hold with equal importance and treat with the same service and respect.
