The EE300 Series is an electromechanical inventory level measuring system which uses state-of-the-art third generation weight &amp; cable technology to periodically measure the level of liquid and bulk solid materials held in storage. The EE300 series level measuring system includes the EE300 sensor and available RCU remote control unit or MMS-TL PC-software.
 
The EE300 series electromechanical inventory level measuring system is a flexible inventory system that can consist of the EE300 sensor(s) only or can include the remote control unit (RCU) or MMS-TL materials management PC-software. The EE300 is a third generation weight &amp; cable inventory level measuring sensor consisting of a sensing weight, heavy duty stainless steel cable, distance measuring component, position detection sensor and electronics (includes firmware). The EE300 electromechanical inventory level measuring system sensor detects the sensing weight status and measures the empty space distance within the vessel during a measuring cycle. Upon initiation of a measuring cycle the sensing weight and cable system is lowered into the vessel until the sensing weight contacts the material surface, which is detected by the position sensing system, then the sensing weight and cable system is raised and returned to the starting socketed position. When the measuring cycle is completed all EE300 electromechanical inventory level measuring system outputs and data are updated.

The EST series is a grain temperature monitoring product line incorporating two types of sensing cables, the EST110 and EST120, and our MMS-TLA PC-software. Grain temperature monitoring is critical to managing the quality of grain in long term storage.  Insect infestation and mold growth can occur and can also be detected by looking for temperature increases or “hot spots” within the grain in storage.  The EST 110 grain temperature monitoring sensor cable provides temperature sensing at up to 30 points along the length of its cable, with a maximum cable length of 98.4ft (30m).  The EST120 sensor cable allows for grain temperature monitoring and continuous level measurement at the same time along its cable with maximum length of 98ft (30).  The most important attribute of the EST series grain temperature monitoring system is the use of 1-wire digital temperature sensors.  This makes the system vastly simpler and less costly to install than the traditional thermocouple based temperature measuring cables of other brands.
Each EST110 cable requires a simple two wire connection, no matter how many temperature sensors exist.  And the EST120 cable provides a two wire RS485 MODBUS serial link.  All cables are tied together simply by using our HubLink devices, each capable of connecting four EST110 cables  together and providing a single RS485 MODBUS output.  A single 2-wire cable is all you need to wire between HubLink devices and the PC that will be running the MMS-TLA PC-software,  Lower cost, simplified installation!

The JFR Series is a open-air radar level transmitter designed for measuring the changing level of liquids, slurries and bulk solids in tanks, bins and silos. Operating at either 10GHz or 26GHz the JRF series radar level transmitter products will provide non-contact continuous level measurement with high accuracy and reliability.
 
The JFR series is an open-air radar level transmitter product line designed for use measuring liquids and bulk solids in tanks, bins and silos. These radar level transmitters are designed to operate at either 10GHz or 26GHz and use FMCW (frequency modulated continuous wave) radar technology. An FMCW radar level transmitter emits a high frequency signal via an antenna towards the material surface. A part of the radar energy is reflected off the material surface back to the radar level transmitter at some time delay. The difference in frequency between the transmitted signal and received signal is directly related to the distance being measured by the radar level transmitter. This frequency difference is processed by the electronics As a result the linearity and accuracy of the measurement made by the JFR radar level transmitter is excellent, with an error rate as low as only ± 0.197″ (5mm).

The SC Series tuning fork liquid level switch does not require any calibration, is easy to install and will operate properly as a high, low or intermediate level switch with a wider range of fluids. A “sister” product line, the SC35 series vibrating fork level switch for powder and bulk solids, the SC series tuning fork liquid level switch has the same high reliability and performance.
 
The SC series tuning fork liquid level switch product line operates by the principle of detecting the change in the frequency of vibration of the forks as a result of the presence or absence of a fluid at the forks. Hence the technology name, tuning fork. The tuning fork vibration is created by a piezoelectric crystal excited by an electrical signal from the electronics. A second piezoelectric crystal produces an electrical signal as a result of the vibration transmitted to it through the forks by the first crystal. The electronics continuously monitors the signal from the second crystal in order to detect fluid presence and absence and activate the tuning fork liquid level switch output.

The SE series operating principle is simple. A unit is usually located through a bin wall at the top, middle or low level of a bin. During normal operation (no material present) a synchronous motor rotates the paddle at 1 RPM. SP Series is a thermal dispersion flow switch is a precise flow sensing device for liquids. The principle of operation is based on heat transfer. The SP thermal dispersion flow switch is offered with a variety of output types and materials of construction. No moving parts make the SP series a long lasting and high value flow switch.
 
The SP series is a thermal dispersion flow switch product line that responds to liquid flow and provides a switch output. Based on the principle of heat transfer, the SP thermal dispersion flow switch consists of two temperature sensors. One temperature sensor is the reference and measures the temperature of the fluid where the thermal dispersion flow switch probe is immersed. The second temperature sensor is heated by the SP using constant power. This creates a temperature difference between the two temperature sensors. As the flow rate of the fluid increases there is a cooling effect due to the fluid moving past the heated sensor. The more flow, the more the cooling. A reduction in temperature difference between the two temperature sensors indicates that the flow rate exceeds the user adjustable set point. When the flow rate drops there is less cooling, which causes an increase in the temperature difference. The SP series thermal dispersion flow switch is available in several versions with choices of lengths, materials of construction and output types to meet a wide range of application requirements.

The SQ Series pressure switch is available in a wide variety of configurations. The SQ pressure switch utilizes an internal diaphragm which is subjected to the process pressure through a connection in the application. A variety of fixed or adjustable ranges, and electrical connections, are available.
 
SQ series is a pressure switch product line using an internal diaphragm that is exposed to process pressure via the pressure switch threaded process connection. Opposing the diaphragm is a compression spring. When the process pressure is greater than the force of the compression spring the switch contact will open or close depending on the choice of the contact form. The SQ series pressure switch is typically used in a pressurized system to accommodate the sensing and controlling of process pressure within a defined or determined pressure range for the application process or use.
