The Working Principle:
Apron feeder is a kind of conveyor, which uses the link chain as the traction. The trough plate loading materials is set on the link chain. The sprocket wheel is set on the transmission shaft.  The transmission shaft and hollow shaft of reducer are linked together through the locking disk. The sprocket wheel is forced to run when the apron feeder operates. In general, the apron feeder is installed under the storage silo. When the link plate is running, the materials will continuously move to the trough plate of link chain. The purpose of conveying materials could be realized.
General Introduction
The apron feeder is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, coal and chemical industry. The apron feeder has three series: heavy series, middle series, and light series. According to the strength of materials, working capacity of machine, the pressure of storage silo, and volume-weight of materials, we would choose the different series of apron feeder. In this way, the materials with multi-granularity and volume-weight could be transported to various receiving device. The main structures of apron feeder consists of actuating device, transmission shaft device, tensioning shaft device, thrust wheel, chain plate device and machine frame.

The Conveyor pulley uses multi-metal wear-resisting material that is coherent to the surface of pulley instead of the conventional rubber layer. Standard life span can reach more than 50000 hours (6years). As per GB/T 10595-2009 (equivalent to ISO-5048),  life span of pulley bearing shall be more than 50000 hours which means clients can maintain the bearing and pulley surface at the same time. Max life span can be more than 30 years.The surface and internal structure of multi-mental wear-resisting material is porous. The groove on the surface will increase the resistance coefficient and slip resistance. Conveyor pulley has a performance in heat dissipation especially in high temperature condition. Decay resistance is another advantage of drum pulley. It can also achieve a good performance at the seaside or some other complex condition. High hardness of the surface will prevent the foreign body(scrap iron) from inserting into the pulley, protecting the belt thereby.
 

Conveyor Component Pulley

Mainly include:
1. High manganese steel liner: it is mainly made of 16Mn and widely used in the feeding parts of many material handling equipment (belt conveyor, apron feeder, stacker reclaimer, etc.). This type has the advantages of low price and simple processing.
2.Hardox liner: this liner is made of imported Hardox material with high wear-resistance, so the liner does not need to be replaced frequently, however it is more expensive.
3. Ceramic liner, a kind of composite liner, includes composite liner of steel and ceramic and composite liner of rubber and ceramic. They can be chosen according to the different transmission mediums and operating conditions. It also has good abrasion resistance and impact resistance, and the cost is lower than Hardox liner.
4. Surfacing liner is made by surfacing welding wear-resistant rod of high hardness and high alloy directly on steel plate. The liner has good performances in wear resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance and so on. And compared to other products, surfacing liner is more adaptable, since different kinds of rods can be chosen for the surfacing layer to meet different needs and improve mechanical properties applicability of the liner; Surfacing liner is easy to process as the surfacing welding is based on ordinary steel sheet, so it offers more advantages over other liners in processing difficulty.

Liner plate

The screw conveyor is a kind of conveying equipment, which is widely used in construction, feed , mineral products, grain and oil industry. It is made up of the rolled steel. The screw conveyor could be used for transporting powder and solid particle with high temperature n chemical industry. The screw conveyor has two types including shaft screw conveyor and shaftless screw conveyor according to the transporting mode. The shaft screw conveyor is suitable for non-viscous dry materials and small particle materials such as cement, coal ash, lime and grain. The shaftless screw conveyor is suitable for sticky and voluble materials such as sludge, biomass, and rubbish. 
 
There are three main structures of screw conveyor: the body of screw conveyor, feeding hole and discharge hole, actuating device. The body of screw conveyor consists of head bearing, rear bearing, hanger bearing, screw, enclosure, cover board, foundation and etc. The actuating device includes motor, reducer, coupling and base.

Side cantilever stacker is one kind of stacker reclaimer. It mainly consists of scraper conveyer, boom, position-limit mechanism, lubricating system of chain, frame, running gear, steel rail, cable trough, limit switch of travelling, power cable reel, controlling cable reel and etc. The side cantilever stacker is widely used in architectural material industry, metallurgy industry, power sector for stacking materials. The side cantilever stacker and reclaimer could work in different piles, having connection with each other. The stacker and reclaimer coordinate with each other to work in mixed stock yard. The mixed stock yard could be made up of many troughs, which could store various materials. However, each trough only stores one kind of material.

The machine-made sand is popular among most customers. The high-end equipment manufacturing sand has been promoted by our company. The key equipment of sand making system includes stone crusher(crusher machine) and powder separator. The principle of stone crusher(crusher machine) is as follows: Dozens of breaker rolls do impact grinding on materials. The bed of material forcing materials and movable foreward-extrusion device are installed within the sand making machine. In this way, the qualified sand is discharged out of the equipment, while the unqualified sand would continue to be crushed further until it is discharged out becoming the qualified products. The void size of the sieve plate is adjustable. The materials could form material fog in the crushing cavity along with the mutual friction among materials. In this way, the finished sand shape is more mellow and full. The materials with coarse grained are discharged into the powder separator.
